PAYMENT AND FEES:
Payment is collected in full upon each visit.  Cash, Check, Visa and Mastercard are all accepted.  Please review the financial agreement page under the New Patient tab.

Fees:
Psychiatric Evaluation (90 Minutes): $475.00
Psychiatric Follow-up/Medication Management (30 min): $220.00
Psychiatric Treatment with Psychotherapy (50 min): $275.00

INSURANCE:
Dr. Steinman does not accept any form of insurance including Medicare.  She is
an out of network provider.  She will gladly provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if requested.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
Patients are responsible for payment of appointments missed without prior cancellation and for appointments cancelled within 24 hours for the full rate of their appointment.  Please review the financial agreement page under the New Patient tab.
